This equipment is used for the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cells. Manually fix the positive and negative pole pieces, diaphragms, positive and negative ear, protective tape, termination tape and other materials on their respective discharge shafts, and the equipment automatically unwinds the materials, automatically corrects and locates them, and completes positive and negative pole ear welding, protective tape application, battery coiling, termination glue and unloading to conveyor belts. The battery cell is completed at one time during the production process, reducing human intervention, damage to the pole plate process, and improving the quality of the battery cell assembly.
